Agreement to Terms

These Terms apply to CaseTrack, a product operated by Georjaiwin Paul Madathiparambil Esturies. By accessing or using CaseTrack at casetrack.fit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including surgical representatives, OR team members, and administrators.

About CaseTrack

CaseTrack is an operational workflow management platform for surgical case coordination. It is used by medical device representatives, OR teams, and supply chain coordinators to track cases, files, checklists, reminders, and team communications. CaseTrack is not a medical device and does not provide clinical guidance or patient care.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@casetrack.fit if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

SMS Terms — Operational Notifications

SMS Disclosure

By providing a phone number in your CaseTrack account settings, you expressly consent to receive operational SMS text messages from CaseTrack sent to that number.

  • Purpose: SMS messages are operational only — case reminders, readiness alerts, workflow updates, and account notifications related to your surgical case schedule
  • Not marketing: CaseTrack does not send promotional, advertising, or marketing SMS messages
  • Message frequency: Varies based on your case schedule and account activity
  • Msg & data rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent
  • Help: Reply HELP to any SMS or contact support@casetrack.fit for assistance
  • Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
SMS consent is separate from your account and does not affect your ability to use CaseTrack. You may update or remove your phone number at any time in account Settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use CaseTrack only for lawful purposes related to surgical case coordination and operational workflow management. You may not:
  • Use the platform to store or transmit patient health information (PHI) in violation of HIPAA or applicable law
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Attempt to access or interfere with other users' accounts or data
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited communications
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform

Data and Privacy

Your use of CaseTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Subscriptions and Billing

CaseTrack is a paid subscription service. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with past-due balances.

Limitation of Liability

CaseTrack is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding a claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of CaseTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
