CaseTrack ("we," "us," or "our") is a surgical case coordination and workflow management platform for medical device representatives, OR teams, and healthcare supply chain coordinators. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when using CaseTrack at casetrack.fit.

- Phone number (optional): provided voluntarily in account settings for SMS notifications

Phone Number Use & SMS Notifications
CaseTrack uses SMS to deliver operational notifications to users who voluntarily provide a phone number. These messages include:
- Surgical case reminders (24-hour and 48-hour advance notices)
- Case readiness alerts and workflow status updates
- Account and team notifications
SMS consent and disclosure:
- Phone numbers are used only for the operational notifications described above
- Phone numbers are never sold, rented, shared, or used for third-party marketing
- Message frequency varies based on your case schedule and account activity
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS notifications
- Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at support@casetrack.fit
- Opting out of SMS does not affect your CaseTrack account access
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying
STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation text and no further SMS will be sent. To re-enable SMS, update your phone number in account Settings. For additional help, reply

support@casetrack.fit.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:
- With service providers (such as cloud hosting and SMS delivery) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements
