CaseTrack is intended for professional use by medical device sales representatives and healthcare facility staff to coordinate surgical case logistics.
SMS notifications are optional. If you opt in, you will receive case assignment and update notifications. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. You may continue using CaseTrack without enrolling in SMS notifications.
SMS notifications are supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
CaseTrack is not liable for any delays or failures in SMS delivery due to carrier issues or network conditions.
