If you opt in to SMS notifications, we will send you text messages regarding case assignments and updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. SMS consent is never required to use CaseTrack.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with healthcare facilities for case coordination purposes.
